A big step forward in a new housing scheme in Denbigh

The residents of Denbigh and the surrounding area will have noticed a major step in the development of Grŵp Cynefin's extra care scheme in the town, the disappearance of the tall crane from the skyline as the construction moves to the next stage. It’s an indication that things are moving ahead at Awel y Dyffryn, one of the most exciting developments in the history of Grŵp Cynefin housing association, which has similar successful extra care schemes in Porthmadog, Holyhead, Bala and Ruthin.

Awel y Dyffryn will offer comfortable apartments for up to 66 older people seeking independent living, but with the assurance that help is available if needed. If you would like to apply for a home or want more information about the scheme and the care and support available for yourself, a friend or family member please phone 0300 111 2122, e-mail post@grwpcynefin.org o visit the website http://www.grwpcynefin.org/.

Awel y Dyffryn is being provided in partnership with the Council and Grŵp Cynefin.
