Five Ways to Well Being
Have you ever thought about what wellbeing means to you?
Earlier this year, the Denbighshire Wellbeing Plan was launched together with a dedicated website. One of the sections on there is the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’. This sections gives suggestions how we can all improve upon our happiness and well-being. Why not visit the site to find out more.
Once you’ve read it, why not share with us what well-being means to you e.g. what do you do on a daily basis that makes you feel better. If you have any pictures that describes well-being to you, we would love to see these as well.
The website also has a link to the NHS website where it enables you to use a simple questionnaire on how you’re feeling and some advice on what might help.
