Free parking bays – Morley Rd and West Kinmel Street Car Parks, Rhyl

Following the success of the free parking for 1 hour bays in Denbigh and Ruthin we will be rolling out the scheme to Rhyl. The bays will be located in West Kinmel Street Car Park and Morley Road Car Park The bays will marked as free parking with associated signs.

New pay and display machines

We will be replacing 14 of our existing pay and display machines before the end of March 2019. The new machines will have the option to pay by card. The car parks identified for the new machines are:

  • Factory Ward, Denbigh
  • East Street, Llangollen
  • Market Street, Llangollen
  • Mill Street, Llangollen
  • Park Road, Ruthin
  • Nant Hall Road (Central), Prestatyn
  • Nova Rear, Prestatyn
  • Kings Avenue, Prestatyn
  • Morley Road, Rhyl
  • Railway Station, Rhyl
  • Crispin Yard, Ruthin
