Working Denbighshire & Woodland Skills Centre Course Collaboration

Working Denbighshire is holding a 6- week course in collaboration with the Woodland Skills Centre.

Eight participants have enrolled onto the course, all of whom will have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities such as basic bushcraft; learning to work within the woodlands including habitat creation; learning about the sustainable use of natural resources; learning about woodland management; tree planting and coppice and greenwood crafts.

Participants will also gain a qualification in Emergency First Aid at Work.

This course will support participants to learn new practical skills and build on existing skills such as team working, problem solving, communication and increase confidence.
