Road improvement work to begin at St Asaph route

Denbighshire County Council is to carry out essential resurfacing works on the A525 at St Asaph.
The works, which start on October 11, are expected to take around a week to complete and will take place at the A525 The Roe.
Work will take place overnight, from 7pm to 6am each day, until it is complete to allow it to be carried out safely with as little disruption as possible during the day to residents.
During these hours, the southbound dual carriageway from Rhuddlan towards St Asaph will be closed for safety. Diversions will be in place. Residents and road users should allow extra time for their journeys as some delays and disruption may be experienced.
Councillor James Elson, Lead Member for Environment and Transport, said: “We would like to thank residents living near this location for their support and drivers who use this route for their patience while we carry out this important work. These essential works will improve the route for those who use it.”
“We will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible and minimise disruption for everyone.”
Denbighshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the local community for their understanding.
