The Council is looking for a Tenant Partner to operate the café at 46 Clwyd Street Ruthin.

We recommend that all interested parties visit the property to inspect suitability of purpose prior to submitting an Expression of Interest. Two open days, with 1-hour slots for interested parties, will be arranged on 8th June and 18th June 2026.
